I love how u're not just about the money, but about developing many "fountains of money," if you will. I love the combining martial arts with fashion. Dude u're gonna have a great life, I'm sure you'll accomplish at least the top 80% of the things in the list. And the rest of the 20% you could if you persist with them. It's funny some of your stuff is similar to my list I wrote when I was reading 4-hour workweek. Basically if i remember them correctly, acting, having a lifestyle that can afford a lamborghini, having influential friends in China, Having great returns on my investment portfolio, having at least 2-3 real estate properties, and practice other martial arts such as Kendo in Japan, and sword fighting in Beijing, get an MBA, and i forget what else.
